This initiative from the AWEX, more known under the name of enterprises business card, is designated for companies, agencies or enterprises as well as anyone intervening in Walloon economic life...

Here's a summary of the different conditions you have to respect :
Description :
The subsidies allow you to partially cover the production cost or promotional material dedicated for your company exportation. What are these eligible media?
- Booklets, Leaflets, presentation folders, catalogues...
- A website * a CD-ROM/DVD
- A video (VHS or DVD)
- New : an ad in professional magazines published abroad
Recipients :
Any company established in the Walloon Region, excluding pure commercialization companies.
Interventions conditions :
The registration form has to be introduced before the production of the media, illustrated with a detailed quote and a mock-up (for the leaflets) or a synopsis (for the websites, videos or CD-ROM/DVD's).
Practical details :
Walloon companies may obtain subsidies covering a maximum 50% of the real production cost, excluding VAT with a maximum :
- 5.000 € for the booklets budget
- 10.000 € for the multimedia budget (Websites, CD-ROM/DVD's, Videos,...)
- 10.000 € for the advertising budget
About the videos, when the 10.000€ ceiling has been reached, some extra payements might be added limited to 1.250€ per language, to cover eventual post-production additional cost, linked to the translation of the footage.
Intervention valid for 2 years.
